If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy provides you with clear guidelines on how to return products or request a refund. 1. Returns

We accept returns on most products purchased from Nowtopic within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with tags and labels attached.
  • The product must be purchased from Nowtopic and within the 30-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetics or personal care items
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or digital products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive a return authorization from our team, along with return instructions and an address for sending the item back.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all tags, labels, and accessories.
  5. Ship the return to the provided address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Please note that returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

3. Refunds

After we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Conditions:

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus any return shipping charges.
  • If the item is not in its original condition or is returned outside the 30-day return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
  • If a product is defective or was incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

At Nowtopic, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow our return process to return the unwanted product and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product and issue a replacement or full refund. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged product for verification purposes.

6. Order Cancellations

We strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
